Business Intelligence System

Stop piecing reports together by hand. Decide with data that actually explains the business.

We connect web, SEO, campaigns, CRM, sales, and operations into a clear reporting system: fewer loose spreadsheets, more answers about which channel brings leads, what converts into revenue, and where margin is lost.

01

Acquisition

Which source generates useful leads, not just traffic.

02

Sales

Which campaigns, pages, or teams end in revenue.

03

Operations

Where bookings, stock, processes, or margin get stuck.

Problem

Your data already exists. The problem is that it is scattered.

When every data point lives in a different tool, deciding becomes intuition, not analysis.

01

Leads with unclear origin

Forms, calls, and WhatsApp messages arrive without knowing which channel generated them.

02

Sales disconnected from marketing

Stripe, ecommerce, CRM, or Excel do not explain which campaigns actually sell.

03

SEO and campaigns in silos

GA4, Search Console, Meta, and Google Ads show activity, not business results.

04

Operations on manual spreadsheets

Reservations, stock, suppliers, or 3PL rely on reports no one trusts.

Solution

From scattered data to daily decisions.

We create an intelligence layer on top of your digital business so marketing, sales, and operations work from the same truth.

01

Diagnosis

We review sources, permissions, data quality, and current reports.

02

Business model

We define KPIs that connect acquisition, pipeline, sales, and operations.

03

Integration

We automate imports, cleaning, and rules to reduce manual work.

04

Dashboard

We build Power BI, a private panel, or both based on real team usage.

05

Decision rhythm

We deliver reporting, documentation, and a roadmap for monthly improvement.

Architecture

From scattered sources to a reliable business view.

The architecture can be simple or advanced. What matters is that every data point has an origin, a calculation rule, and a useful screen for deciding without copying information between tools again.

Why Different Growth

We are not a generic BI consultancy

The advantage lies in combining business judgment, technical execution, and product experience.

01

We design the website and measurement as part of the same system, not as separate projects.

02

We connect SEO, campaigns, CRM, operations, and digital product to explain revenue, not just visits.

03

We choose the tool based on the problem: Power BI, private panel, data warehouse, or a simpler base.

04

We build interfaces that leadership understands and the operational team can use daily.

05

We prioritize clarity, maintenance, and defensible decisions over technical complexity.

Honest fit

Not every business needs Snowflake. Every business needs a shared truth.

If your data volume does not justify a data warehouse, we do not force it. We first design a solid measurement base. Snowflake, Power BI, or a custom dashboard come in when they reduce friction, prevent errors, or make a decision faster.

Process

How we build it

A business intelligence project does not start with the tool. It starts by deciding what questions the system must answer.

  1. 01

    Data source diagnosis

  2. 02

    KPI definition

  3. 03

    Architecture design

  4. 04

    Integration and cleaning

  5. 05

    Dashboard and reporting

  6. 06

    Monthly iteration

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Direct answers to understand scope, technology, and preparation before the diagnosis.

Do I need Snowflake to get started?

No. We first validate volume, complexity, and real need. If a measurement base, automated imports, and Power BI solve the problem, we do not add Snowflake. We use it when it provides stability, scale, or data governance.

Does Power BI replace a custom dashboard?

Not always. Power BI is excellent for executive reporting and operational analysis. A custom dashboard makes sense when you need a simpler experience, specific roles, a private portal, internal flows, or an interface the team uses daily.

Can you connect provider or 3PL Excel files?

Yes. We can ingest Excel or CSV on a scheduled basis, validate structures, clean fields, and consolidate data so you no longer depend on manual copies between sheets.

Does this work if my website is built in WordPress?

Yes. We can connect forms, databases, plugins, APIs, or WordPress exports. If the current site limits measurement, we propose a concrete improvement before suggesting a full rebuild.

How long does a business intelligence project take?

A diagnosis can be done in days. An initial setup usually takes between 3 and 8 weeks depending on sources, data quality, permissions, and dashboard level. Custom portals require more specific planning.

What do I need to prepare before the diagnosis?

A list of tools, examples of current reports, KPIs you review each month, sales sources, available access, and an honest explanation of where the most time is lost consolidating data.

Can it connect with SEO, campaigns, and sales?

Yes. That is a central part of the service: connecting acquisition, web behavior, leads, pipeline, and sales to know which actions generate business and which only generate activity.

Can AI be added later?

Yes, but only when the data foundation is reliable. An assistant on business data can help query reports, summarize variations, or prepare questions, always with permissions, limits, and traceability.
